Our overnight oats are made by hand with natural ingredients, and have a shelf life of 7-9 days from production, depending on the flavour. They're sent out the same day they're made, and are delivered overnight by courier. They'll usually arrive with at least 6 days to enjoy them.

If you don't think you'll get through them all, you can pop a couple in the freezer for up to 3 months. The night before you want to enjoy them, pop the pot in the fridge to defrost overnight, and enjoy within 24 hours.

Overnight oats are made by soaking oats in plant milk, fruit, seeds and spices overnight. Soaking them gives them a thick, creamy consistency, makes them easier to digest, and helps them retain their nutrients (which can be lost if heating your oats).

Overnight oats are high in fibre and protein, and make the perfect slow-release breakfast or snack that keeps you full.

Yes! If you'd like your oats warmed up, we recommend heating our overnight oats for 30 seconds in the microwave, or on the stove. Please note you may need to add a dash of milk to achieve the same consistency as when chilled.

Yes, if you're not able to finish your oats within their shelf life on arrival, you can pop them in the freezer for up to three months. To de-frost, pop them in the fridge and enjoy within 24 hours. Please note that freezing may affect the oats' consistency slightly.
