What are overnight oats?
Overnight oats are a no-cook, chilled porridge. Oats are left to soak in plant milk overnight, to form a thick, creamy consistency.
Oats are high in fibre and protein, and make the perfect slow-release breakfast or snack that keeps you full.
How long do your overnight oats last?
Our overnight oats are made by hand with natural ingredients, and have a shelf life of 5-6 days from production. They're sent out the same day they're made, and are delivered overnight by courier. They'll usually arrive with 4-5 days to enjoy them.
If you don't think you'll get through them all, you can pop a couple in the freezer for up to 3 months. The night before you want to enjoy them, pop the pot in the fridge to defrost overnight, and enjoy within 24 hours.
Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Yes, all of our overnight oat pots are 100% vegan, plant-based, dairy-free and refined-sugar free.
Are your products gluten-free?
We currently use oat which may contain traces of gluten, but are working to switch to 100% gluten-free oats soon.
Can I freeze my pots?
Yes, if you're not able to finish your oats within their shelf life on arrival, you can pop them in the freezer for up to three months. To de-frost, pop them in the fridge and enjoy within 24 hours.
Can I heat my pots?
Yes, we prefer our oats hot sometimes! You can heat your overnight oats on the stove or in the microwave.
I just placed an order, when will I receive it?
We usually make and send out orders on Mondays or Tuesdays, and they're delivered on Tuesdays or Wednesdays by our courier partners APC and HIVED (London zones 1-3). Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made and received.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which contains your parcel consignment number. You can track your order on our courier's website here.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You must send a picture and description of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org, as well as your name and order number.
How can I choose the flavours in my bundle?
As soon as your order has been placed, please email us at email@example.com, stating your order name, order number and chosen flavours.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation and to check the status of your order.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at email@example.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
