If you don't think you'll get through them all, you can pop a couple in the freezer for up to 3 months. The night before you want to enjoy them, pop the pot in the fridge to defrost overnight, and enjoy within 24 hours. 

Overnight oats are made by soaking oats in plant milk, fruit, seeds and spices overnight. Soaking them gives them a thick, creamy consistency, makes them easier to digest, and helps them retain their nutrients (which can be lost if heating your oats).

The pots and cardboard packaging are recyclable - just make you you wash the pot first. Pop the film lid in the bin.

Yes! If you'd like your oats warmed up, we recommend pouring your oats into a little bowl, and heating them for 30 seconds or so.

Please note you may need to add a dash of milk to achieve the same consistency as when chilled.

Yes, if you're not able to finish your oats within their shelf life on arrival, you can pop them in the freezer for up to three months. To de-frost, pop them in the fridge and enjoy within 24 hours. Please note that freezing may affect the oats' consistency slightly.

Our Mango Passionfruit and Summer Berry flavours are gluten-free.

Our Banana Biscuit flavour contains Biscoff spread, and is not gluten-free.

We dispatch Oatsu orders from Tuesday to Friday. Once your order is fulfilled, we ship with next-day delivery.

Postcodes in the Scottish Highlands, Channel islands and Northern Ireland should expect an extra day on top of delivery times.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which contains your parcel consignment number. You can track your order on our courier's website here.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You must send a picture and description of the issue to lauren@oatsu.co.uk, as well as your name and order number.

You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared. Please contact us at hello@oatsu.co.uk to request a cancellation and to check the status of your order. 

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at lauren@oatsu.co.uk 

If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
