We prepare and dispatch orders once a week on Mondays. They're sent with next-day delivery to arrive Tuesdays.
If you're not in, your Oatsu will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. It needs to be refrigerated as soon as you have it.
Orders placed after 5pm on Sundays will be included in the next run. Orders after this cut-off will be sent the following week.

Our overnight oats are made by hand with natural ingredients and have a shelf life of 7-9 days from production, depending on the flavour.
It's important you refrigerate your oats as soon as they arrive.
They're sent out the same day they're made, and are delivered overnight by courier. They'll usually arrive with at least 6 days to enjoy them.
We recommend enjoying Oatsu fresh. If you freeze the jars, it will affect the consistency.

Overnight oats are made by soaking oats in plant milk, fruit, seeds and spices overnight. Soaking them gives them a thick, creamy consistency, makes them easier to digest, and helps them retain their nutrients (which can be lost if heating your oats).
Overnight oats are high in fibre and protein, and make the perfect slow-release breakfast or snack that keeps you full.
Yes, our overnight oats are available in independent grocers, coffee shops, online stores, fitness studios, and cafes across the UK. Our breakfasts tend to sell best in stores that have a customer-facing fridge. If you're interested in stocking our range, please contact us on lauren@oatsu.co.uk.
Yes, all of our overnight oat pots are 100% vegan, plant-based, dairy-free and refined-sugar free.
We currently use glass jars, which can be reused or recycled.
Yes! If you'd like your oats warmed up, we recommend heating our overnight oats for 30 seconds in the microwave, or on the stove. Please note you may need to add a dash of milk to achieve the same consistency as when chilled.
Yes, if you're not able to finish your oats within their shelf life on arrival, you can pop them in the freezer for up to three months. To de-frost, pop them in the fridge and enjoy within 24 hours. Please note that freezing may affect the oats' consistency slightly.
We currently use oat which may contain traces of gluten, but are looking to switch to 100% gluten-free oats soon.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which contains your parcel consignment number. You can track your order on our courier's website here.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You must send a picture and description of the issue to lauren@oatsu.co.uk, as well as your name and order number.
You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared. Please contact us at lauren@oatsu.co.uk to request a cancellation and to check the status of your order.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at lauren@oatsu.co.uk
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
